Now that my 1 year old is eating more I need to pack more food for her to eat. She still doesn't have teeth so I need to pack soft foods. My 1 year old is a fan of rice, lentils and yogurts. Soft fruits like figs are easy for her to chew. Here we have rice, lentils (daal), and yogurt leftovers from last nights dinner, chips, figs and strawberries, and a cheese-n-lettuce sandwich halved and stacked.
